a zone of hope for thousands of young jobseekers,\u201d Djibouti President Isma\u00efl Omar Guelleh said at the inauguration ceremony, which was also attended by the presidents of Rwanda, Somalia, Ethiopia and Sudan.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The agreement to build the free trade zone was signed in March 2016 as part of China\u2019s \u201cOne Belt, One Road\u201d initiative, which is a bid to expand trade routes with a series of infrastructure initiatives stretching across 60 countries.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201cOur strategic location and world-class facilities have &#8230;
