I am proud to announce that in partnership with UNIDO and with the full support of many International institutions, FEMOZA will be organizing the SU-MEET: World Free & Special Economic Zones Summit in Monaco, on 13<\/strong>th<\/sup><\/strong> <\/strong>\u2013 15<\/strong>th<\/sup><\/strong> <\/strong>November 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Over recent decades and in many countries, FDI investment projects<\/strong> have increasingly chosen to locate within Free & Special Economic Zones as the prime choice, because these zones offer technical comfort and security, along with the infrastructure, services, economies of scale and incentives, that are the optimal facilitator for implementation of FDI projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The topics lined up for SU-MEET are aimed to evolve into solutions to the key current issues of development. The past, present and future of Free & Special Economic Zones are considered under a single regime<\/strong>, though we shall showcase several successful Zone systems.<\/strong> Leading authorities will share their experience<\/strong> as Free Zone developers or investors, and operators willshare best practice<\/strong> in the field of attracting FDI to Zones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A critical point for the future of global Logistics and Distribution is going to be the ONE BELT ONE ROAD<\/strong> initiative of Chinese president, Xi Jinping. The future continues to be driven by technology and Smart Cities<\/strong> where firms apply Blockchain<\/strong> asset recording will also have a presence. Zone management<\/strong> today must integrate green working environments<\/strong> andflexible labor standards<\/strong> that can accommodate technology transfer.<\/strong> The investment funding of zones raises a wide spectrum of public and private sources, and these topics will have covered by recognized keynote speakers that we are currently finalizing, for announcement beginning of 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our objective is to set a high level<\/strong> and thereby welcome a very professional audience<\/strong>, able both to contribute to the event and to benefit from it in their working context.<\/strong> The industry development topics selected will highlight a range of economic sectors and, through skilled performance<\/strong> by engaging speakers<\/strong> and specialist lectures<\/strong>, produce a summit conference through which participants will achieve networking and management advantages<\/strong> to pursue their own businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Summit will be completed with the networking and business opportunities<\/strong> to organize B2B and B2G meeting<\/strong>s throughout the whole event with a full afternoon dedicated only to this activity.
