The study period ranges between 2012 and 2022 based on an<br>annual frequency balanced panel data of Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka,<br>and the panel fixed-effect OLS analysis was used for hypothesis testing using<br>EViews. The results showed that the natural logarithm of external debt has a<br>positively significant effect on export performance. Ease of doing business has a<br>positively significant effect on export performance. Law and Order and securityhave<br>a positively significant effect on export performance.The natural logarithm of<br>economic growth has a negatively insignificant effect on export performance. Trade<br>openness has a negatively significant effect on export performance.The simplification<br>of business regulations and the reduction in bureaucratic procedures of all kinds help<br>in encouraging domestic and foreign investments to flow easily to countries that have<br>export-oriented industries.
